- Popsicles: 1 cup (240 ml) strawberry purée (from fresh or frozen strawberries), 1 cup (240 ml) mango purée, 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk, ½ cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt, ¼ cup (60 ml) honey or agave syrup, 1 cup (240 ml) pineapple juice, 1 cup (240 ml) watermelon purée, ½ cup (120 ml) blueberry purée, 1 lime juiced
- Board Accents: 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), 1 cup sliced kiwi, 1 cup seedless grapes halved, 1 cup cubed melon (cantaloupe honeydew or watermelon), ½ cup mini marshmallows (optional), ½ cup dark chocolate chips or chunks (optional), fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare popsicle mixtures:
- In separate bowls, combine fruit purées with a tablespoon of honey or agave syrup and a splash of lime juice to taste. For creamier popsicles, mix coconut milk or Greek yogurt with fruit purée.
